Bayne Leads RFR with Top-Five at Richmond; Reed Finishes 9th

Richmond, Va. (Sept. 6, 2013) – Trevor Bayne led Roush Fenway with a top-five finish in Saturday night’s Nationwide Series race at Richmond International Raceway. Ryan Reed scored his first career top-10 finish at ninth; in only his third career NNS start.

Travis Pastrana drove his Ford all the way to eighth position, but was caught up in a late accident and finished 20th.

RFR returns to action tomorrow night in the Sprint Cup Series; where Greg Biffle will look to secure his place in the 2013 ‘Chase’ for the Sprint Cup.

The NNS series returns to action next week at Chicagoland Speedway. RFR won the event last season, for its first NASCAR win at the 1.5-mile track.
