Concord, N.C. (May 27, 2013) – Carl Edwards turned in an 11th-place finish to lead the Roush Fenway effort in Sunday night’s Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. With all three Roush Fenway Ford Fusions sporting Patriotic Fastenal paint schemes, Edwards led seven laps during NASCAR’s longest event.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was caught up in a multi-car accident late in the race, but battled back to a 14th -place finish.
Greg Biffle was not as lucky after getting claimed in another accident. He was forced to the garage for repairs; finishing 31st - 65 laps down. Trevor Bayne, driving the Wood Brothers No. 21 Ford, finished 16th in the race.
Edwards remains second in the Sprint Cup point standings; 32 markers out of first. Biffle is 13th and Stenhouse Jr. 17th after 12 races.
Roush Fenway returns to action next weekend at Dover International Speedway, where RFR has turned in 10 wins in Sprint Cup action.
