Ragan Has Unfinished Business at Texas

Concord, N.C. – David Ragan and the No. 6 Discount Tire Ford Fusion team will be ready to shine at Texas Motor Speedway this weekend in the Nationwide Series O’Reilly 300. Ragan captured his first pole and top–five finish of his career in the Nationwide Series race last spring at Texas. Ragan’s run was spectacular from start to finish and was the performance Roush Fenway Racing executives were looking for on a regular basis from Ragan. The Texas run was his coming out party in the series. Ragan had only run once at Texas prior to that start and he finished in the 39th position. In three starts at Texas, Ragan has an average starting position of 14th and an average finish of 20th. Ragan knows his time is coming to be in victory lane.

"I know our guys are getting hungry for that first win," said Ragan. "We have to make sure we don’t start pressing the issue. The great finishes will come as long as we continue to execute our game plan from week to week."
