Together with 3M, Roush Fenway Racing took a Sprint Cup, Nationwide and Truck Series vehicle to Buenos Aires for a special exhibition for the Fundacion del Automotilismo Deportivo de la Repulics Argetina (FADRA) at the Potrero de los Funes racetrack located in the San Luis Province in conjunction with the most popular race series in Argentina, the Turismo Carretera. Greg Biffle’s No. 16 team won the Tissot Pit Road Precision Award during Sunday’s (July 26) Sprint Cup race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
It was the fourth victory of the season for the No. 16 crew, which took over sole possession of first place in the Tissot standings, breaking a three-win tie with Jeff Gordon’s crew.
Biffle’s No. 16 3M Ford Fusion spent the least amount of time on pit road during the Indy race – 191.906 seconds. The effort helped Biffle to a strong fourth-place finish.
Last time Greg and the No. 16 team were at Pocono, the team had a fairly consistant run with Greg finishing 11th! Greg's car ran strong all day, he even led a few laps but was shuffled back due to a late fuel stop. Check out all of Greg's statistics and thoughts on racing at Pocono Speedway!

Last year in the Sprint Cup Series, all five of the Roush Fenway Ford’s finished inside the top 13! Carl Edwards captured the victory (one of nine for the year) while David Ragan finished fifth, Jamie McMurray ninth, Matt Kenseth 11th and Greg Biffle 13th! With those results, the team is excited about having a strong showing this weekend! Erik and Ricky will be joining Carl in the Nationwide race, and look for Colin to have a good run in the Camping World Series!
Indianapolis, Ind. (July 26, 2009) – With the pressure on to make the Chase, Greg Biffle and the 3M team arrived in Indianapolis for one of the biggest races of the season. Biffle went to the top of the speed chart in the first practice and qualified 12th on Saturday morning. He broke into the top 10 on lap eight and remained there for the rest of the race other than during green-flag pit cycles. He was running third when the field restarted after a caution for the final time on lap 136.

After tire testing a couple of months ago, Greg and the No.16 team are confident in unloading a competitive car this weekend. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is one of two tracks where a win has eluded Roush Fenway Racing, Chicagoland is the other. Roush Fenway’s best finish at the 2.5-mile oval is second, four times. Mark Martin posted a second-place finish in 1998, Matt Kenseth finishes second twice in 2003 and 2006, and Carl Edwards finished second at last year’s event.
