How can I obtain autographs from Roush Fenway Racing team drivers?

We encourage you NOT to send items in for autographs and would like to advise you that the best way to obtain an autograph from a driver is to go to a scheduled appearance. That said, if you still would like to send in merchandise and/or autograph requests, you will need to send your requests to the driver's shop. The shop addresses are as follows:

Sprint Cup Series

Greg Biffle, Carl Edwards, Matt Kenseth and David Ragan
4202 Roush Place
Concord, NC 28027

Nationwide Series

Carl Edwards, Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., Colin Braun, and Paul Menard.
122 Knob Hill Rd.
Mooresville, NC 28115

When you send in your request, it is required that you also send a self-addressed stamped envelope so your merchandise can be returned to you. If you are requesting a hero card, please include a 9x12 envelope with the proper postage as determined by the United States Postal Service with your request. . . this is a requirement in order to have your request processed.

Please note that Roush Fenway Racing is NOT responsible for items sent or lost, so again we discourage you from sending valuable items through the mail.

We appreciate your request and your interest in Roush Fenway Racing. Please remember that we receive a very large volume of autograph requests per week and that these requests can take up to 3-4 months to process.

Where do I send my requests for charitable donations?

Please email your charity and donation requests to charity@roushracing.com.

Please note, due to the nature of our business, we receive an overwhelming number of charity requests at our race shops each year. We try to respond to as many of these requests as possible in some way but we are unfortunately unable to help with every request we receive.

Unfortunately, due to the growing number of requests we are receiving, we are unable to fulfill all of them. Although we have no doubts that the efforts of the organizations requesting our assistance are worthwhile, we have been forced to implement a policy that will concentrate on those charities and organizations in North Carolina and Michigan, the sites of our corporate headquarters.

We thank you for your understanding and wish you the best of luck in your fundraising efforts.

How can I find out if any of the Roush Fenway drivers will be appearing in my area?

We post all appearances as we get them to the RoushFenway.com homepage. Appearance schedules are updated as they are received from the driver's representative. We usually get them about 2-3 weeks in advance of the date but sometimes it is only a few days in advance so you will need to check the page often.

Click here to go to the appearance page.

If there are none listed, that means there are no scheduled public appearances to date or we have not been given the updated information. Please note also that all driver appearances are subject to change without notice.

Can I get tickets/pit passes through Roush Fenway Racing?

Unfortunately, no. There is a common misconception that NASCAR teams have unlimited access to race tickets and pit passes. NASCAR strictly regulates the number of pit passes obtained by each team, therefore, we cannot obtain pit passes and/or tickets for our fans. Ticket sales are handled by each track individually. Please contact the track that you would like to attend for ticket information.

Some of the information on the site looks outdated, what's up?

This could be for several reasons. First, you may need to clean out your 'cache'. To do this, open up your web browser and go to 'Tools' then go to 'Internet Options'. There should be a section regarding 'Temporary Internet Files'. Click on the button that says 'Delete Files'. This will erase all of your saved files that may have been updated since last viewed. Once finished, click 'Ok' and then refresh your page. You should be all set.

Second, you may see outdated information because we are in the process of updating pages and we just haven't published them yet. This is more common at the beginning of the week and before the Daytona 500 when we are completely updating the website for the new season.
