Father’s Day Extra Special for Bayne, Puccia

CONCORD, N.C. (June 19, 2016) – Father’s Day held a new meaning for Trevor Bayne, driver of the No. 6 AdvoCare Ford Fusion, and crew chief Matt Puccia as the duo both be celebrated their first Father’s Day with their daughters Ellie Bayne and Kennedy Puccia.

“Father’s Day is a very special day,” said Bayne. “It’s hard to describe the feeling of being a Father on Father’s Day but it’s incredible. I’m just thankful to have the opportunity to spend it at home with Ellie and my wife Ashton.”

Along with Bayne, crew chief Puccia also celebrated his first Father’s Day with daughter Kennedy Puccia.

“It’s really cool to be a Father on Father’s Day and to be able to be home and celebrate the day with my family. I’m thankful every weekend that my family is understanding about what it is that we do and it is really a cool thing to be able to have had this weekend off and be with Kennedy for my first Father’s Day.”

The NSCS returns to action this weekend at Sonoma Raceway and can be seen live on June 26 on FS1, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
