Kenseth Qualifies 30th at Texas

FT. WORTH, Texas (Nov. 6, 2009) – Matt Kenseth turned a lap of 28.677 (188.304 mph) to qualify 30th for Sunday’s Dickies 500 at Texas Motor Speedway. Kenseth, who led 55 laps on the way to a fifth-place finish at TMS in the spring race, will start outside of row 15.

In 14 previous starts at Texas Motor Speedway, Kenseth has turned in one win, six top-five and nine top-10 finishes. His 497 career laps led in Sprint Cup action at TMS is a track record.

Kenseth won the race at Texas Motor Speedway in 2002 after starting 31st.

Scotts Makes Leap Back Into Sprint Cup with Sponsorship of Carl Edwards

Columbus, Ga. – November 3, 2009 – Aflac, primary sponsor of Carl Edwards and the No. 99 Aflac Ford Fusion, has announced a partnership with ScottsMiracle-Gro, giving the company primary sponsorship for six Sprint Cup races in the 2010 season. The partnership extends Scotts relationship with Carl Edwards, who earned his first Sprint Cup victory in 2005 in the Scotts-sponsored car.
