Spicy Ham-and­-Turkey Sliders Recipe

What You Need

  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 6 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
  • 4 oz. (from 28­oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Ham & Turkey Sub Kit
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1­ 1/2 tsp. dried minced onion

Make It

CUT block of rolls horizontally in half; place bottom halves of rolls, cut sides up, in 13×9­inch pan. Cover with mozzarella and meat.

COMBINE mayo and 2 Tbsp. hot sauce; spread onto cut sides of roll tops. Place, cut sides down, over bottom halves of sandwiches in pan.

MIX butter, garlic powder and remaining hot sauce until blended; brush onto tops of sandwiches. Sprinkle with Parmesan and minced onion, cover with foil.

REFRIGERATE 20 min.

HEAT oven to 350ºF. Bake sandwiches (covered) 20 min. or until heated through.

What You Need

  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
  • 4 OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Angus Bun-­Length Beef Franks
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Memphis Sweet & Spicy
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

WRAP bacon tightly around franks.

GRILL 10 to 12 min. or until bacon is crisp and franks are heated through, turning frequently and adding buns, cut sides down, to the grill for the last minute to toast until golden brown.

DRAIN franks on paper towels. Fill buns with franks; top with barbecue sauce, onions and cheese.

Grilled BBQ Ham Sandwich

What You Need

  • 12 white sandwich bread slices, divided
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 6 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
  • 12 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices

Make It

SPREAD 6 bread slices with barbecue sauce.

TOP with cheese, ham and pickles; cover with remaining bread slices to make 6 sandwiches.

HEAT grill pan on medium heat. Cook sandwiches 4 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
