Concord, N.C. (July 29, 2009) - When the No. 16 Ford Fusion takes the track for the inaugural NASCAR Nationwide Series event at Iowa Speedway, it will have a new look for the first time this season. 3M will serve as the primary sponsor with Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. behind the wheel.
“I’m excited to have 3M on the car this weekend,” said Stenhouse, Jr. “It’s always fun to work with new sponsors and it’s great to have support from a company like 3M. They’re bringing a lot of guests out to the track this weekend so hopefully we can keep the 3M Ford Fusion up front and give them all something to cheer for.”
Stenhouse, Jr. has one top-five and two top-10 finishes in five Nationwide Series starts this season.
3M will return as primary sponsor of the No. 16 Ford Fusion next month at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal with Colin Braun driving.
