Well, we've gotten off to a pretty good start this season although I think we should have had three top-five finishes in the 3M Ford instead of just one. The guys on the pit crew have picked up where they left off last season and are among the best on pit road. We had a top-five run going last weekend in Vegas and got blocked in on pit road about halfway through the race but based on these first three races I have very high expectations heading to Atlanta this weekend.
This week I've been busy catching up from being on the west coast for almost two weeks. It's always fun to stay out there and go to the sand dunes but the work piles up at home when you're gone for that long.
We're heading down to Atlanta on Thursday afternoon for a Coke dinner at Coca-Cola headquarters. It's something they do for us every year and Nicole and I always enjoy going. We've had a great relationship with Coke for several years.
We'll also have the 2010 Census on the hood of the car this weekend in Atlanta to help them raise awareness about the importance of mailing in your census forms. I have learned a lot about the census in the last week and I honestly had no idea that just by mailing in your form, you can help save taxpayers millions of dollars. If you don't mail it in then they have to send someone to your house and that costs a lot of money. Something to think about.
Anyway, make sure you tune in this Sunday for the race on FOX and before the race make sure to watch NASCAR Now on ESPN for "Breakfast with the Biff" live at 9:40 a.m. ET.

Atlanta
We'll be in Atlanta cheering you on through a haze of whatever beer we'll be drinking. A win would be nice, so let's do it.
