Stenhouse Leads Roush Fenway Effort at Kansas; Late Caution Proves Costly for RFR

Kansas City, Kan. (April 21, 2013) – Roush Fenway rookie Ricky Stenhouse Jr. led the Roush Fenway effort in Sunday’s Sprint Cup race at Kansas Speedway. Stenhouse led 26 laps in the race and looked to be in strong position for his first career Sprint Cup victory, before an ill-timed caution forced him a lap down. He was able to battle back with his No. 17 Zest Ford to an 11th-place finish.

Carl Edwards led 19 laps during in the race, but was caught a lap down as well and had to fight back to a 17th-place finish. Greg Biffle rounded out the RFR Kansas effort with a 19th-place finish
