Happy 4th of July RFR Fans!!

This week's article isn't as much of a preview, as it is more of a pep-rally in written format.  Fireworks?  You bet!!

Back to Daytona!  This is where it all began at the start of the season.  Matt and the #17 in victory lane for Jack's first ever 500 victory!!  I know that was a moment I'll never forget!!  I actually predicted a positive outcome for that race.  I remember telling people that I had a good feeling about the 500 for some reason that weekend, and wouldn't you know it, we (RFR) won the race that everyone wants to win in NASCAR!  Well, I think we should do it again this weekend for the Coke Zero 400!  The Roush cars have gotten stronger on the plate-racing tracks, and it's time to go to victory lane once again.  If we can stay out of trouble and avoid the "big one", I feel our chances at sweeping the season at Daytona are as strong as anyone else's.  At this point in the season, with this race marking the official halfway point, I don't care which RFR driver gets to victory lane, let's just get there!  This organization needs a shot in the arm right now, and it is high time to deliver!  We are a great organization with awesome teams, and time's a wastin' boys!  No holds barred on Saturday!  Get to the front and take it all the way to Gatorade Victory Lane!  We can do it, we should do it, and we will do it!!  I know I'm a little emotional and fired up as I write this, but man, it's trophy time as far as I'm concerned!  Race safe, race smart, race hard, and race to win!!  How about a 1-2-3-4-5 finish for our super Cup drivers?  It would be rare, but who's to say it can't be done?  This is one fan who is ready to see all the RFR teams pour it on in relentless fashion in the second half of the season!  It is time to get it going, and I feel like everyone is basically on equal footing here, so Daytona is a great track to get the Roush freight train rolling to the top!  This track requires a super handling car with some good drafting partners, and our guys are going to take care of business this week, and then roll into Chicago with a ton of momentum!  Keep believing everyone!  Just keep believing!  I'm usually more reserved in my writings, but I guess I'm even antsy to move forward.  It's time to steamroll the competition!  How about some RFR victories over Hendrick, Gibbs, and Stewart-Haas?  They've been kind of dominating lately, and quite frankly, I'm sick of it and ready for the Biff, Cousin Carl, Super Matt, Mad-McMurray, and Dyno-Dave to whip some tail on the track from here on out!!  Yeah, I'm fired up for sure and I hope you all are too!  Let's go!  Let's go!  Let's go Roush Fenway Racing!  It's time for some fireworks boys!  Light 'em up!!

Have a safe and wonderful 4th everyone, and get fired up!!!!!

See you in victory lane!!
