LEBANON, Tenn. (August 9, 2008) – Colin Braun headed to Nashville Superspeedway with some experience under his belt. Having run the Nationwide race in March, he was anxious to get back to the track and put that experience to good use in his No. 6 Con-way Freight Ford F-150. He did just that Saturday night as he brought home another top-10 finish, his fifth of the season.

CONCORD, N.C. -- Roush Fenway Racing announced today that Con-way Freight will again sponsor the No. 6 Ford F-150 with Colin Braun behind the wheel in the 2009 NASCAR Truck Series. The 19-year-old Texan teamed with Con-way Freight this year in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, and is pursuing the Raybestos Rookie of the Year award.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (July 27, 2008) – Colin Braun’s final Nationwide Series start of 2008 turned out to be his most memorable. In only his second career start at O’Reilly Raceway Park, Braun won the pole with a fast time of 22.837 seconds. Braun kept the No. 16 CitiFinancial Ford Fusion up front all night and finished second to Sprint Cup regular Kyle Busch. The second place finish was the eighth top-10 finish for the No. 16 CitiFinancial team this season.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (July 25, 2008) – It looked as though Colin Braun was going to get a top-10 finish in his first start at O’Reilly Raceway Park Friday night, but he became an innocent victim in a late-race accident that put him back in 15th. He was running 10th with 13 laps to go when he literally stopped on the track for an accident in front of him and then got hit in the door.

Braun Survives Late-Race Accident To Finish 16th

SPARTA, Ky. (July 19, 2008) – Colin Braun may not have had the best truck at Kentucky Speedway Saturday night, but he drove a smart, patient race. He avoided one accident with 30 laps to go, but was not as lucky eight laps later. Despite suffering left-side damage to the truck, Braun and the Con-way Freight team never gave up and finished the race on the lead lap in 16th place.
